Whiskey!! Whiskey!! Quiskey!!!

This week I will talk about my favorite Spirit Whiskey. The Earliest record of Whiskey dates back to around 1405 in Ireland. The word whiskey comes from the Gaelic phrase "uisge", uisge is short for uisge beatha which translates to"water of life". Whiskey is a pretty versatile sprite it can be drank on its own, such as having it neat (no ice) or with ice. Whiskey can be mixed with Cola or with Ginger Beer. My favorite way to drink Whiskey is with Cola. I have recently been enjoying Jack Daniels with Honey it is a great beverage and has a sweet taste to Whiskey. There is nothing more relaxing then having a nice glass of Whiskey after a long day it relaxes you.

  1. I also am a fan of whiskey. I think it's interesting that root of whiskey means water of life and that the root of Vodka means little water.

  2. Hi Matt,

My husband enjoys whiskey, and I had a little the last time he bought it. YUM! I drank about a shot, and sipped it slowly from a glass. WARM :)
