Water
Water, the most essential drink in the world and the most versatile drink in the world. Every drink that you consume has some amount of water in it. You can usually tell a good restaurant by the quality of the water at a restaurant. I go to an amazing Thai restaurant in Beverly Mass called Siam Delight, the food is amazing but the water is even better. I can always be guaranteed a nice cold glass of h20 there. No lemon or lime added just pure cold water. The finest water I have ever had. That is my philosophy on restaurants if you have good water your restaurant must rule.
Whiskey!! Whiskey!! Quiskey!!!
This week I will talk about my favorite Spirit Whiskey. The Earliest record of Whiskey dates back to around 1405 in Ireland. The word whiskey comes from the Gaelic phrase "uisge", uisge is short for uisge beatha which translates to"water of life". Whiskey is a pretty versatile sprite it can be drank on its own, such as having it neat (no ice) or with ice. Whiskey can be mixed with Cola or with Ginger Beer. My favorite way to drink Whiskey is with Cola. I have recently been enjoying Jack Daniels with Honey it is a great beverage and has a sweet taste to Whiskey. There is nothing more relaxing then having a nice glass of Whiskey after a long day it relaxes you.

Communication Of Internet!
The impact that the internet has had on society and the way we communcate with each other is drastic. When thinking of work and how I correspond with managers and requesting time it is through an email not a face to face interaction. The way i communicate with my parents is through text I rarely call them it is more convient to text. Texting is a more informal way of comunication. But in the same sense the internet puts us in better contact with our family members. I think about the conversations I've had on skype with famiy members across the country. I can look to the room accross from me and see my roomate from Vietnam talking to his family who is celebrating the Lunar New Year in Vietnam. It is amazing to see that. When at work I am more apt to sending a passive agresive email than say a comment to someone. An email is something I view as very informal. It is funny to see the amount of people who get in trouble with things that they post to facebook and twitter. Politcians being forced to resign or explain situations that they have to explain. This takes away from the route of many issues that could be solved. Instead they get more media presence if they said a contreversal tweet than a good point or arguement that could alter our country.

Chocolate Milk
In my humble opinion there is no greater pleasure than enjoying a cold glass of chocolate milk. It is something when I'm in a bad mood can instantly cheer me up. It is something I drank a lot as child. My fondest memory of chocolate milk was having a Nestle Mug which had a motor in it which would stir the chocolate milk. I now am no longer as addicted to chocolate milk as I was in the past. I have substituted the chocolate milk for Almond and Coconut Milk with chocolate syrup. It taste like a liquid mounds bar which is one of my favorite candies. I don't have chocolate milk as much as I would like to but when I do it is an incredible experience for me and brings me back to my childhood.

Effects of Media on the Internet.
When I think about the effects the internet has on media and the way society receives news I think to the day where I really saw first hand the way news spreads. Think of a date May 2nd 2011. This was a pretty normal day and when reading the date above many might say I have no clue what happened on said day. Let me tell you. It was the day Osama Bin Laden was killed. I found out of this news via Facebook and Reddit, not CNN, not MSNBC, or a local source of news. I began to search the web to find my own news about the event that happened not the sources above. We live in a age of instant gratification and the internet is the perfect source for that. The internet is an open source of media you can read about a story similarly to a newspaper or watch a news story similarly to the television the fact that you can have that all on a 13in screen is amazing. This does have its negative effects. Newspapers across the country are going exclusively online losing printing jobs for employees to cut costs. Radio stations are becoming more and more prevalent because expensive FCC licenses and fines do not apply to these source. When thinking more into radio, you don't turn into the radio to hear new artists you find them online on sources like band camp, tumblr or various blogs. People are not listening to the radio as much in the car turning to there smartphone to listen to music which was downloaded on the internet or pandora or spotify. In closing while the internet is a great source it has ultimately closed a lot of jobs for great industries in the past.
