Vietnamese Coffee

Lately I have become obsessed with Vietnamese Coffee. It is twice as strong as regular coffee and has a better flavor overall. I cannot wait to drink my next cup of this awesome coffee. This video is filled with awesome facts such as Vietnam is the 2nd largest coffee exporter in the world. I found this video on vimeo which is similar to youtube but has better quality and more DIY style videos. The music in the background music is likely to get stuck in your head as well. I will be likely drinking a cup of this coffee in the next couple of hours. Currently I am singing the song out loud, my roommates believe this sounds similar to crazy frog who I will talk about in my next post. Until then enjoy this truly beautiful video about a truly incredible beverage.

  1. I haven't ever had Vietnamese coffee, although I have had coffee with chickory. The milk and sugar reminded me of condensed milk that I use in baking. I think that might be awesome in a strong espresso.

It sounds like a really great dessert coffee.

Love the music :) I won't be humming it.

  2. Good Morning Matt...
This is the perfect time to respond to your Vietnamese Coffee post...
The air is filling with the fresh brewed aroma of my breakfast blend and I anxiously await my first cup.
I’ll grab my favorite oversized mug that contours perfectly to my left hand and pour that dark, rich magical potion
that turns sleepy and grumpy to happy and let me at ‘em.
Yep, I love my coffee and appreciate you sharing your new found Cup of Joe. I will be looking into it!

Remember the coffee jingle, “The best part of waking up is (your brand here) in your cup!” I definitely agree!

  3. Matt,

This blog sparked my interest as I will be traveling to Vietnam next year with a friend of mine. I am a huge coffee fan and had no idea they were so into coffee over there. This is a huge plus and now I am really looking forward to trying a bunch of local coffee places in Vietnam!!
